About me:

After a life of adventure and travel, being a life coach seemed like a natural progression. I love people and being of service. I received my coaching credentials and began my practice in 2016.  My professional past includes working in the music industry in the UK, as well as New York, owning a production company and working as a writer. I have dealt extensively with creative people. My life has been anything but sheltered, and therefore, my clients feel completely safe and comfortable in the knowledge that I am virtually unshockable. We have a safe space to be real about where you have been, and where you want to go.

I am a wife and mother and volunteer in animal rescue.

I am an optimist and my mission statement may well be, "All You Need is Love... and a plan!"
